Lemon-Dill Pasta

1 pound flour
4 each eggs
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons dill
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

In an electric mixer, using a hook, mix the flour, eggs, and olive oil for 5-7 minutes. Add the dill, salt, lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix to incorporate.

Wrap the ball of dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours.

Roll the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin or pasta machine, and shape according to your recipe
